Plast NSW is the registered business name of Plast (NSW) Pty Ltd (ABN 66 152 249 271) (PNSW).

PNSW is a wholly owned subsidiary of Plast Ukrainian Youth Association of New South Wales Limited (ABN 67 000 413 927)(PUYA). PNSW conducts all events, programs and activities for PUYA members. All events, programs and activities conducted by PNSW for the members of PUYA (Members) are provided pursuant to a Services Agreement between PUYA and PNSW.

PNSW, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors and agents are required to comply with the policies of PUYA (as amended from time to time) under the Services Agreement. These policies include but are not limited to:

• Child Protection
• Safeguarding
• Code of Conduct
• Diversity and Inclusion
• Conflicts of Interest

By participating in, or allowing their child to participate in, the events and/or activities conducted by PNSW, each participant in their personal capacity and/or capacity as legal guardian of their child (as applicable) agrees and acknowledges that they:

• understand and accept the nature of, and the inherent risks and dangers associated with, the events, programs and/or activities
• will comply with the policies of PUYA at all relevant times
• release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue PNSW and/or its related bodies corporate, their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents from any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with such events and/or activities.
