Donation & Sponsorship Guidelines
Plast Ukrainian Youth Association of New South Wales Limited (PUYA) and Plast (NSW) Pty Ltd (PNSW) hereafter jointly referred to as Plast NSW, are proud to support their members and community through donations and sponsorships.
Types
Requests may be made for cash or in-kind support eg. use of Plast NSW equipment, premises, or volunteers.
Sponsorship is in exchange for advertising, marketing and/or promotional opportunities for Plast NSW or for some other form of contribution to or benefit for Plast NSW.
Donations are a one-off contribution to a worthy organisation, person or cause, which may be made without any expectation of a direct benefit to Plast NSW other than for the donee individual or organisation to be an active and responsible member of the Ukrainian community in Australia or the cause to be for the benefit of Ukraine or the Ukrainian community in Australia.
Other types of support may be considered by Plast NSW from time-to-time e.g. contributions to funerals or other significant events. Some donations may be initiated by Plast NSW.
Criteria
All donation/sponsorship requests should:
- Be emailed to: plastnsw@gmail.com at least 8 weeks prior to the event. Requests will be considered at the following Board meeting (currently on the first Wednesday of each month). Requests are not able to be considered between meetings.
- Clearly state the reason for the request and what any Plast NSW support would be used for
- Demonstrate the benefit to Plast NSW
- State how Plast NSW will be acknowledged and/or promoted
- State the amount requested
- State any other sources of funding (pending or committed), and whether the event/activity will go ahead regardless of a Plast NSW contribution.
Please note that not all requests can be filled, and some may receive partial funding.
Requests will not be considered for:
- Political organisations or for political purposes
- For-profit groups/events.
